Three reasons why I love Paul Smith

(image source and interview with Paul Smith)

1) Collections:

Paul Smith is one of my most favourite designers. It’s the careful juxtaposition of tailored pieces and androgynous shapes; yet with feminine charm and the occasional floral print which makes his collections so appealing to me and my existing wardrobe.

2) Spectacles:

I recently bought a pair of Paul Smith glasses and noticed that the frame had a tiny bicycle discreetly embossed on the inner tip of the left arm; later learning that all Paul Smith frames have differing miniature images.

3) Fragrances:

Have you smelt these? NO?? Well go get sniffing then!

“The Elastic Band - Taking an everyday object to its extreme, we chose the ordinary elastic band. When the band is stretched to certain lengths and then strummed, different notes can be made. When played in a particular order, popular songs from various genres of music can be played using only one elastic band”
