So… I was watching Come Dine With Me on 4od (normal behaviour of a 22 year old with a seemingly sparse social schedule on a Saturday afternoon) and found myself watching what is now probably one of my favourite adverts.

175g self raising flour
2 ripe bananas
1tsp vanilla extract
175g dark chocolate

Penguin’s Great Food Series
Coralie Bickford-Smith, senior designer at Penguin has created a beautiful set of front covers for Penguin’s Great Food Series. The series comprises of twenty titles from the last four hundred years of food writing. Great typography, pretty prints, clever choice of colour…and all about food?? I must get collecting.

If you plan to do only one thing worthwhile this week, it better be making this avocado chocolate pudding.
Is that “Wtf, avocado AND chocolate?!?!” I hear you say? HAVE FAITH. Its the best thing in the world to me right now.
Literally throw:
2 mashed up avocados
1 banana
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
and 1/4 cup water
in a food processor and whizz it all up!
Whap it in the fridge to chill for a bit and then EAT.
